BEETS WITH HORSERADISH 
3/4 c. liquid from beets
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. butter
1 can beets, drained

Cook until thickened. Add beets and heat thoroughly.
