BEET RELISH 
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Prepared Mustard
1/2 cup grated horseradish
2 cups diced, cooked beets
1 cup chopped, raw cabbage

Combine first four ingredients. Add beets and cabbage. Mix lightly. Chill. Serve as a relish with meats.

Makes 3 cups.
