HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cornflakes, crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour thawed hash browns in baking dish. In separate bowl mix together butter, onions, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup and milk. Sprinkle shredded cheese over hash browns. Then pour liquid mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top and drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
