HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together hash browns, 1 stick melted butter, cheese and cream of celery soup. Pour into a large buttered casserole dish. Combine cornflakes and 1/2 cup butter. Put cornflake mixture on top of hash brown mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
