SAUCY GREEN BEANS | |
4 cups fresh green beans, washed with ends removed 2 tablespoons garlic powder or two cloves fresh garlic, diced 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons sour cream Boil green beans on high heat for 6 minutes. Drain and place into hot skillet or frying pan. Melt butter with garlic on low heat, and add sour cream until green beans are tender. Toss well and serve. Submitted by: Krystall Smith |
