CAKE:

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar

TOPPING:

Cool Whip or whipped cream
Fresh strawberries

Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Mix last 3 ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Pour into cake batter. Blend together until just mixed. Use a 9x13 inch pan. Bake according to box directions. Check for doneness. May need additional 10 minutes. Spread cool cake generously with whipped cream. Add fresh strawberries generously.
