GRANDMA ANNE'S ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Put gelatin and cream cheese in a bowl and cream together with a pastry blender. Pour in boiling water, and stir.

Refrigerate until almost completely set, then fold in Cool Whip and drained oranges. Put in a mold and let set in the refrigerator.
