SAUSAGE BALLS IN SAUCE 
SAUSAGE BALLS:

1 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/3 c. bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 tsp. sage

Mix sausage, eggs, crackers and sage together and roll into tiny balls and cook in electric skillet. Brown and drain off grease.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour sauce over sausage balls and simmer 1 hour.
