2 heaping tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. seasoned black pepper
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix and serve on sliced ripe tomatoes. Cucumbers are a nice addition for variety.
