SHISH KABOB 
2 lbs. beef or chicken cubes
1 c. red wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 whole cloves

Mix well all ingredients and pour over meat. Do not mix chicken and beef in same bowl. Marinate overnight.

1 lb. mushrooms
2 green peppers
Quartered tomatoes

Skewer above ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Grill or broil approximately 25 minutes.
