SHISH-KABOB 
2 to 3 lbs. boneless lamb or beef, cut into 1 inch cubes

Marinate 24 hours, at least.

MARINADE:

1 med. white onion, chopped fine, place in bowl
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. whole mint leaves
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt

Mash marinade ingredients until well mixed and add to chopped onion.

Add:

4 oz. white vinegar
4 oz. burgundy wine
8 oz. oil

Thread on metal skewers and broil in oven under broiler, or cook on outdoor BBQ.
