1 clove garlic
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together and pour over cubed meat and let stand couple hours. Place meat cubes on skewers and cook over b.b.q.
