CALZONE 
4 2/3 c. sifted flour, self rising
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/8 c. warm water

Place flour on pastry board; add oil, salt, pepper, and warm water and work well until smooth. Place in a large pan, cover and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours. Place on flour board and pound lightly to deflate it. Stretch the dough into an oblong shape, half of which should fit in a pizza pan, 12 inch. 1 (4-6 oz.) can tomato paste Onion salt Garlic salt Red pepper Oregano

INSIDES:

Place in saucepan and simmer. You may want to slice the stewed tomatoes to more bit size pieces. 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese 10-14 oz. cottage cheese, drained 10-12 oz. ham 4-6 oz. pepperoni Red pepper, oregano to taste

The first layer in the dough is the Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese, then comes the pepperoni, slices and layered. The next layer is the cottage cheese. On top of the cheese is the thin sliced and stripped ham. Close the top of the pie with the remaining half of the dough. Pinch it secure and tight. Then poke several fork hole groupings in the top and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until a light brown.
