MICROWAVE RICE PUDDING 
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins

Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon, and salt in 3 quart casserole. Stir in milk. Cook covered on level 8 7-9 minutes, or until it begins to boil. Stir half way with wire whip. Stir in raisins, sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 4-5 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
