RICE PUDDING 
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
8 c. water (cold)
1 c. sugar
1 box vanilla pudding mix
1 can Carnation milk
1/2 stick butter
Cinnamon

Put rice in cold water. Cook slowly until rice is done. Water will also be almost gone. Add milk, pudding mix, sugar and butter; mix well. Simmer on warm heat, 5-10 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Add a dash of cinnamon to top.
