PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
2 (20 oz.) chunk pineapple (in its own juice, no sugar added) 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. pineapple juice (from the pineapple) 1 c. crushed soda crackers Drain the pineapple juice, reserving 6 tablespoons of the juice. Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice in bowl. Add pineapple and cheese. Pour into glass baking dish. Melt butter; stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle coated crumbs on top of pineapple mixture. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
