HILLBILLY CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 can cream style corn
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Cubed American cheese (1 c.)
1 can cream of tomato soup

Boil the noodles until soft; set aside. Brown meat with the onions. Season. Make a layer of 1/2 of the noodles in the bottom of a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Place 1/2 of the meat on top. Pour 1/2 of the corn over the meat. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons green pepper and a thin layer of cubed cheese over this. Repeat the entire process. Pour the tomato soup over all and top with more cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 12.
