HILLBILLY BEANS 
1 lg. can pork and beans
6 strips bacon
1 med. onion
Dash of salt and pepper

Fry bacon and remove from pan. Pour most of the grease from the pan leaving enough to saute onions. Cook onions in grease until tender. Add pork and beans. When pork and beans are heated through, add bacon broken into pieces to mixture. Cover pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
