1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, butter and egg; press into lightly greased 9"x11" pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and vanilla; pour over mixture in pan. Bake 40 minutes or until set at 350 degrees.
