TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Place butter, water and cocoa in saucepan and let come to boil. Remove from heat. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Beat eggs with fork and add sour cream to mixture. Bake in large greased flat cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread over cooled cake.
