TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt butter, add cocoa and water; bringing to a boil; remove from heat. Add flour, sugar and salt while hot and mix well. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda.

Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING: Bring to boil 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 6 tablespoons milk. Remove and add 1 cup nuts, chopped and 1 box 10x sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake while warm.
