WILD RICE STUFFING 
2 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 box wild rice
1 box corn muffin mix
1 green pepper
1 med. onion

Put water and butter in saucepan. Stir in both packets and bring to boil. Add chopped pepper and onion. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed (about 25 minutes). Empty box of muffin mix into bowl and add 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk and add to wild rice mixture.
