ITALIAN WILD RICE STUFFING 
2 hot Italian sausages
3 mild Italian sausages
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® 5 minute wild rice
2 stalks celery
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion
Vegetable oil

Cut sausages into bite size chunks - cook sausage in large fry pan, add vegetable oil for nonstick. Cook thoroughly. Remove sausage from pan, drain off excess fat, set aside. Slice celery, mushrooms and onion. Saute vegetables in fry pan, add oil as needed.

Cook until tender. Cook wild rice as directed on package. Combine sausages, vegetables and rice in large bowl. Cool, use as stuffing for 1 medium turkey or 4 cornish hens.
