WILD RICE WITH OYSTER STUFFING 
Mix in saucepan:

2 c. cooked wild rice, seasoned with salt & pepper
1 minced onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 bay leaf
1 tbsp. minced ham

Heat for 5 minutes. Cut 2 dozen oysters in half and add to mixture. Add 1 egg, beaten and mix well. Place in buttered baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve as side dish with duck. Goes well with most fowl.
