BOB'S BEST ENCHILADAS | |
3 lb. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded 3 1/2 pkg. tortilla 4 cans enchilada sauce Put meat and onions mixture in skillet, cook until brown, drain meat. Add cheese until slightly melted. Put meat into flour tortilla shell. Then roll up. Fill pan full. Add more cheese, then put in oven. Add enchilada sauce on top, serve. |
