BOB'S EASY CHILI 
1/2 green pepper
1 med. onion
Fresh mushrooms (3 or to taste)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (32 oz.) jar pasta sauce (Prego, Francisco, Rinaldi)
2 lb. ground beef or hamburg
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Spices
Chili powder
Cumin seasoning
Worcestershire sauce

SPICES: Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, celery salt, sweet basil, 2 bay leaves, salt and pepper, oregano.

Cut and dice onion and green pepper and mushrooms. Place in 6-quart pan with ground beef. Add spices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, celery salt, sweet basil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Brown hamburger and ingredients; add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, simmer 3 minutes. Now add beans, pasta sauce and stewed tomatoes. Mix well.

Next, add 1/3 cup of chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seasoning, 2 tablespoons white vinegar. Bring to a slow boil, turn heat, cook 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently. Add bay leaves.
