MACARONI CASSEROLE 
Bottom layer:

1 lg. chopped onion
1/2 lb. sausage

Cook in iron black skillet and drain off grease.

1 pkg. elbow macaroni

Cooked in salt water and drained, mix with above and pour in casserole dish 9 x 13 x 2 and cook until it sets.

2nd layer:

1 can celery or mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk

1/2 lb. cheese

Stir until smooth and then pour in 3 well beaten eggs. Pour over first mixture.

3rd layer:

3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Decorate the top and put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
