FAIRY BANQUET PUDDING 
1 pt. milk
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. granulated unflavored gelatin
12 marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Heat 1 pint milk, egg and sugar until hot but not boiling. Add granulated unflavored gelatin. When cool, add quartered marshmallows, chopped walnuts, vanilla and whipped cream. Stir occasionally while hardening to prevent cream from floating on top. Chill and serve with hot chocolate sauce of your choice.
