"MORE" CASSEROLE 
2 onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can mushrooms, diced
2 sm. cloves garlic, diced
Salad or olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground round beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg. frozen English peas
1 can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. cooked sm. shell macaroni
Sharp cheddar cheese

Saute onions, green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in a small amount of oil; add ground meat and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and let simmer a while. Then add peas, corn, and cooked macaroni.

Pour into a large baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
