HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. shell macaroni, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can Pet milk
Velveeta cheese
1 c. pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

Brown hamburger, drain. Add onion and pepper, cook until tender. Place in a casserole dish and mix cooked macaroni, soup, milk and tomatoes and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with cheese and melt.
