RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. cut-up fresh rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
9 x 9 inch pan

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 inches. Sprinkle with salt. Measure sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon into bowl. Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with light cream. 6 servings.
