1 lg. strawberries with pretty stems
3 c. sour cream
3 c. brown sugar (or to taste)
2 oz. Kahlua (or to taste)

Mix sour cream, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and Kahlua together. Place in attractive dish. Remaining brown also in an attractive dish. Serve clean strawberries. Dip in sour cream mixture, then brown sugar. Simple but so good!
