JAMES' SAUSAGE DIP 
1 (1 lb.) roll mild Jimmy Dean sausage (can use hot)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans mild Rotel (can use original or hot)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese

Brown and chop up sausage in skillet. Drain excess grease. Open and drain both cans of Rotel and add to sausage. Then add cream cheese cut up into cubes. Stir well until cheese is melted and blended with the Rotel and sausage.

Best served hot with Tostitos scoops.
