1 (1 lb.) pkg. lean ground beef
1 (1 lb.) pkg. ground sausage (hot, sweet or mild)
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) jar medium chunky salsa
1 (15 oz.) jar hot chunky salsa
1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Brown the ground beef, sausage, and onions together. Drain well.

Add to Crock-Pot or regular pot then add salsas. Chop Velveeta down to small cube pieces for easier melting. Stir all ingredients together.

Wait for cheese to melt and serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
