SAUSAGE DIP (CROCK-POT) | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkg.s cream cheese 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes w/ green chiles 1 lb. regular sausage (I use bulk) Turn on Crock-Pot to warm or low heat. Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds (helps it mix better) then add to Crock-Pot. Drain can of Rotel and add to cream cheese. Brown sausage in skillet, drain and stir into cream cheese and Rotel mixture. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips. Submitted by: Toni |
