QUICK SMOKED SAUSAGE AND BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. smoked sausage 2 (28 oz. ea.) cans baked beans 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans whole potatoes, drained 1 medium onion, diced small 1 medium green pepper, diced small Dice the onion and pepper and fry them until fairly soft. Transfer to a Crock-Pot set to LOW. Slice up smoked sausage and add to Crock-Pot. Add both cans of baked beans. Cut up the potatoes into edible sized chunks and add to Crock-Pot. Stir and eat when warm. Serve with garlic toast or corn bread. A salad makes a good side dish. Submitted by: Patricia J. Darrow |
