CLASSIC POPOVERS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Butter six popover or custard cups. Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs and milk together and blend into the flour mixture just until smooth. Bake until puffed and golden, 30 to 35 minutes. Calories per serving: 125. 3 grams fat, 224 mg sodium, 6 g protein, 77 mg cholesterol.
