INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 inch grease for frying

Mix flour, salt and water to stiff dough. Knead about 5 minutes or until satiny. Pinch off small pieces. Cover with towel, let stand 20 minutes. Roll each piece thin and fry until golden brown. Roll in sugar or serve with honey.
