EASY ENCHILADAS 
8 flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chili (16 oz.)
1 c. cheddar cheese

Divide cream cheese with 8 sections. Put 1 section into each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla. Place tortillas in a casserole dish. Cover with can of chili. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May use more cream cheese and chili.
