GRILLED SALMON WITH TOMATO BASIL
BUTTER
 
4 salmon steaks, about 3/4" thick

Brush with oil. Cook salmon until fish just flakes, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.

TOMATO BASIL BUTTER:

1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
