PACIFIC COAST GRILLED SALMON

Serves 4

4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (3 1/2 oz.=7.4 fat grams) 1/4 c. butter1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce:

Thaw salmon steaks if frozen. Combine in saucepan, butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Brush salmon steaks with mixture. Grill salmon steaks on uncovered grill, over medium coals 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Baste steaks with mixture and turn; grill 6 to 9 minutes longer, basting often, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Hints: Cover grill with tin foil or use wire basket; salmon steaks may stick to grill if you don't.
