BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. pork sausage
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut up bread in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Slice cheese over top. Fry pork sausage and drain. Pour crumbled sausage over top of cheese. Mix eggs and 1 cup milk. Pour over top. Cover, refrigerate overnight.

Mix cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour on top.

Bake at 300°F for 1 1/2 hours.
