MARINATED PORK STRIPS 
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. ground pepper
3/4 c. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. oil

1) Trim fat for tenderloins. If tenderloin is thick, split lengthwise. 2) Combine ingredients except oil in a bowl. 3) Marinade pork in this mix for it least 3 hours (best overnight). 4) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 5) Transfer pork to oiled roasting pan and roast until tender (about 45 minutes). 6) Simmer marinade for 10 minutes. 7) Cut pork into thin pieces and serve with marinade.

(This is also good cooked over charcoal.)
