CHICKEN BAKED IN CREAM 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. Lipton onion soup
1/2 c. milk

Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown. In saucepan combine soup mix and sour cream; stir in milk and beat with rotary beater. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL! Place chicken in casserole, pour in sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
