3 lb. chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. cream (20% butter fat)
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 300 degrees (slow). Brown chicken breasts in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake 2 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken and keep warm while making gravy. Serves 6-8.
