BAKED CHICKEN IN CREAM 
1 chicken, cut up
Milk
Flour
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. fat
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. hot cream
1 can mushrooms

Dip pieces of chicken in milk, then in seasoned flour. Fry until nicely browned. Remove to a deep baking dish. Sprinkle mushrooms and onions over chicken. Pour hot cream over all. Bake until chicken is tender and the cream is a thick sauce at 350 degrees.
