CHICKEN BREASTS BAKED IN CREAM 
3 lb. chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. cream (20% butterfat)
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 300 degrees (slow). Brown chicken breasts in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake about 2 hours, or until tender. Just before serving, remove chicken and keep warm while making gravy. Yield: 6-8 servings.

To make gravy: Blend mixture of 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup water into drippings in baking pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. If too thick, thin with milk.
