SAUSAGE PUFFS 
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, sharp, shredded
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk

Mix Bisquick and milk. Break up sausage. Mix into Bisquick with cheese. Make balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 75-100. Puffs can be frozen after baked.
