MAGIC LEMON PUDDING | |
3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 3 egg yolks, beaten Juice of 2-3 lemons 3 egg whites, beaten stiff Mix together in order given above. Place in a greased ovenwear dish. In pan of hot water place your dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Custard will settle on bottom and sponge cake will come to top. Makes 4-6 servings. You can double this recipe and serve more. 10-12 servings. Very good pudding. Makes attractive dish for special occasions. |
