ITALIAN VEGETABLES 
1 lb. string beans, cut in 2 in. pieces (or broccoli flowerettes, asparagus spears or mix some of each)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheese
Pepper
Fresh basil leaves

Steam vegetables for 5 minutes and drain. Heat oil in pan and saute vegetables for 3 minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese, and pepper. Toss together. Garnish with fresh basil.
